INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups tomato juice
1 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Nestle Lazenby Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4-‐8 shots vodka (optional)
Ice to serve
Celery stalk to garnish
METHOD:
1. Place the tomato juice, lemon juice, Nestle Lazenby Worcestershire Sauce, tabasco, and black pepper in to a jug or bowl and whisk together.
2. Cover and refrigerate until the flavors mix and the cocktail is chilled.
3. When ready to serve whisk the mixture to recombine.
4. Fill 4 glasses halfway with ice, pour 1-‐2 shots of vodka into the glass (OPTIONAL) and fill with the tomato mixture. Stir to combine and garnish each glass with a celery stalk.
