Sticky Chicken Wings







INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 Tbsp. oil

2 Tbsp. vinegar

2 Tbsp.  MAGGI LAZENBY Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 cup MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce 

1/2 Tbsp. ginger, grated

12 chicken wings


Handful fresh coriander, to serve

Additional Maggi Sweet Chilli Sauce, to serve 



METHOD: 


1. In a large bowl combine the vegetable oil, vinegar, LAZENBY Worcester Sauce, soy sauce, garlic and MAGGI Sweet Chilli sauce. 


2. Toss the wings in the marinade and set in the fridge for at least an hour. 


3. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with tin foil. 


4. Bake the wings for 45 minutes. Turn chicken after 20 minutes. The wings will be sticky and golden. 



5. Serve with fresh coriander and additional MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce on the side. 


NOTE: These are a great starter or snack but also make a fabulous main course served with potato wedges and green salad!
